The Lubbock SketchClub, in cooperation with the Science Spectrum of Lubbock, KTXT/Metropolis radio show and Star Books and Comics; are organizing the first Lubbock Comic book Expo. A small comic convention presented to showcase local comic book creator talent, and bring in professional comic book creators and publishers from throughout the region to participate. This is primarily an educational convention.
